The Professional Bull Riders (PBR) Canada’s premier cup series will make its way into Kelowna on Thursday night at Prospera Place for the third year in a row.

Fans will watch thrilling eight-second rides from some of the best professional bull riders in the world for just one night.

After 11 years with PBR, rider Brock Radford says every time he gets on a bull, it’s an exhilarating experience. It resembles controlled mayhem.

It’s like a car crash when things go wrong, and it’s terrific when they go right. All it’s doing is attempting to slow down and manage your thoughts.

It’s remarkable what you can see when you can slow things down with your thoughts,” he remarked.

In 2024, the PBR Okanagan Challenge will be the only event held in British Columbia and the seventh event in the 10-event regular season of PBR Canada’s flagship cup series.

According to Radford, there are moments when the thrilling work has a cost. “I’ve broken and separated my ribs. I’ve done a lot, including breaking my left ankle, right ankle, left leg, left femur, and left knee reconstruction.”

PBR claims that, in spite of certain strong moments, the show is appropriate for all ages. Radford continued, “It’s a really good fan interaction event.”
