Cleveland, Ohio Edge rusher Cincere Johnson (6’3″, 225) of Glenville has had an offer from Kentucky since his freshman year.
Prior to signing with Louisville, he witnessed a Wildcat recruitment through the eyes of his older brother, Fred Johnson.
After scouting his brother, tight ends coach and recruiting coordinator Vince Marrow is currently targeting the incoming junior.
“We communicate via text on Twitter. Marrow is an excellent coach. It’s something he’s been doing for a while. That he is familiar with football is fantastic.
The fact that the Kentucky program was the first to extend an offer is really significant; it shows that he recognized my ability and offered me a freshman year,” Johnson said.
