Dan Campbell recently expressed admiration for Tennessee Titans outside linebacker Harold Landr hiy, a player who has been linked to the Detroit Lions as a possible trade target following Aidan Hutchinson’s injury.

When asked about Landry’s abilities, Campbell praised the 28-year-old’s athleticism and edge technique. He stated, “Landry possesses quickness and speed. He’s an exceptional rusher; he can dip, rip, and leverage – he does it all.” Given Landry’s agility and Pro Bowl experience, it’s clear why he could be a valuable addition to the Lions.

As Detroit considers ways to enhance their pass rush, Landry’s skill set would be an excellent fit in light of Hutchinson’s absence. He has proven to be a consistent playmaker for the Titans, recording double-digit sacks in his last two full seasons. Landry is recognized for his explosive first step and unwavering determination, which could inject a new level of intensity into the Lions’ defensive front.

A former Pro Bowler, Landry is under contract through 2027, providing both immediate impact and long-term potential for any acquiring team. His speed off the edge and proficiency in various pass-rushing techniques would significantly strengthen the Lions’ defense, especially as they work to fill the void left by their top pass rusher.
