Green Bay Packers quarterback Jordan Love shared some positive news regarding his potential participation in the critical Week 9 matchup against the Detroit Lions. After exiting the Week 8 game due to a groin injury, Love did not take part in Wednesday’s practice. However, he expressed optimism, stating that it seems “realistic” he could be ready for Sunday’s game.
“I believe that every day there will be improvements, and it definitely feels better than it did on Sunday,” Love noted. Following the game, he was labeled as day-to-day, and it appears he hasn’t encountered any setbacks as he strives to play this weekend.
Despite facing injuries throughout the season, Love has shown effectiveness on the field. He has recorded 1,547 passing yards and 15 touchdowns over six games, although he has also thrown a league-high nine interceptions.
