The Detroit Lions have made several adjustments to their roster before flying to Green Bay.

They promoted defensive linemen Abraham Beauplan and Chris Smith to the 53-man roster and elevated edge rusher Al-Quadin Muhammad and tight end Shane Zylstra from the practice squad for the week.

These moves bring added depth to the pass rush, which has been impacted by injuries to Aidan Hutchinson, Marcus Davenport, John Cominsky, and Derrick Barnes in recent weeks.

The Lions have now ruled out rookie defensive lineman Mekhi Wingo (ankle) and running back Sione Vaki (knee), both initially listed as doubtful to play against Green Bay.

With Malcolm Rodriguez and Josh Paschal also out, Detroit faces significant depth challenges on the defensive edge.

In a corresponding move, tight end Parker Hesse was released to make space for the new additions.
