Jerry Jones faces a new controversy with the Dallas Cowboys. After their recent loss to the Philadelphia Eagles, wide receiver CeeDee Lamb stirred up debate in the NFL by stating that the sun was a major factor in missing a second-quarter touchdown catch. “I couldn’t see the ball. I couldn’t see the ball, at all. The sun.”

Lamb was asked if he’d support adding curtains to the Cowboys’ stadium in Arlington and suggested the idea to Jones. “Yes. One thousand percent. I mean, y’all doing my job right now,” he replied.

Instead of focusing on the Cowboys’ Super Bowl chances or the future of Dak Prescott, Jones found himself discussing the sun, curtains, and even the moon. Surprisingly, this became a central topic.

Is the Dallas Cowboys stadium covered?

The Dallas Cowboys’ stadium in Arlington has a retractable roof, but sunlight streams through end-zone windows, causing visibility issues during games.

After Lamb and other players raised this problem, Jerry Jones had a blunt response. “By the way, we know where the sun is going to be when we decide to flip the coin. We do know where the damn sun is going to be in our own stadium.”

Will Jerry Jones add curtains to the Cowboys’ stadium?

Jones has no intention of installing curtains at AT&T Stadium. For now, the Cowboys’ owner isn’t interested in making changes related to this issue.

“Well, let’s tear the stadium down and build another one? Are you kidding me? Every team that comes in here has the same issues. The world knows where the sun is. You get to know that almost a year in advance. Someone asked me about the sun. What about the sun? Where’s the moon?”
