She confessed to growing “tired of the NFL’s coverage” of Swift, especially when the singer attends Kansas City Chiefs games. The 34-year-old mother of four felt Swift’s presence often overshadowed the players, including her husband.
However, Kelly acknowledged Swift’s positive influence on the NFL, especially in attracting a broader audience. She noted that her own children have become more engaged with football, thanks in part to Swift’s involvement.
A fan of Swift’s music herself, Kelly proved her loyalty by sharing her Spotify Wrapped data on Instagram. The post revealed she ranked in the top 2% of Swift listeners worldwide, showing her deep admiration for the “Karma” singer.
“And people think I’m not a Swiftie… I’m a top 2% of all Swifties, ” Kelly captioned her post.
Her connection to Swift’s music goes beyond Spotify. In October, the Staffords surprised their kids with a private jet trip to New Orleans to attend an “Eras” concert at Caesars Superdome.
Judging by her post, the family created lasting memories at the event. Kelly Stafford seems to have moved past her earlier jealousy and solidified herself as a dedicated Swift fan.
