The Buffalo Bills aim to recover after a tough 44-42 loss to the Los Angeles Rams last week.

Despite Bills quarterback Josh Allen making history as the first player to throw three touchdowns and rush for three touchdowns in a regular season game, the team fell short.

“I hate losing,” Allen said postgame. “Whether by two points or 100, a loss is still a loss.”

The Bills have already secured the AFC East title and a playoff berth but are eager to claim the No. 1 seed in the conference. Their Week 15 opponent, the Detroit Lions, leads the NFC, posing a significant challenge.

Determined to beat the Lions, Allen faces a new obstacle as the Bills made a surprising announcement before Thursday’s practice.

The team shared on X, “Today’s practice has been canceled & the team is meeting virtually due to inclement weather.”

Although Buffalo is accustomed to harsh weather—they recently played through several feet of snow at Highmark Stadium—another storm hit Western New York on Thursday.

With Thursday’s practice canceled and only a walkthrough on Wednesday, the Bills may head into Sunday’s game against Detroit without proper preparation.

Bills tight end Dawson Knox’s wife, Alexandra Knox, posted a backyard photo Thursday afternoon, revealing the storm’s intensity.

As the Bills prepare to travel, they hope the storm eases to ensure their flight to Detroit for Sunday’s critical matchup.
