Williams hasn’t officially run a 40-yard dash but cited Madden to back up his assertion. “I’ve never run a 40. That’s the thing. I never needed to,” Williams said. “But if Madden gives me 98 speed right away, that’s a 4.1. No 40 but 98 speed? If I hit 99, it’d be like a 3.9 or 4.0.”
