FRISCO, Texas – The Dallas Cowboys have appointed Klayton Adams, former offensive line coach for the Arizona Cardinals, as their new offensive coordinator.

Background:
Adams spent the previous two years in Arizona as the offensive line coach.
In 2024, his work with the Cardinals helped the team rank second in the NFL for average rushing yards per carry and seventh in total rushing yards.
Following the end of his playing career at Boise State, Adams entered coaching in the college ranks, with stops at Colorado, San Jose State, and Sacramento State. He worked in various capacities, including offensive line coach, running backs coach, tight ends coach, and co-offensive coordinator.
In 2019, Adams joined the Indianapolis Colts as an assistant offensive line coach, where he worked alongside Cowboys defensive coordinator Matt Eberflus. He later moved to the role of tight ends coach with the Colts.
