Toyota has confirmed that it will introduce a fully electric vehicle on March 12, likely the production version of the bZ Compact concept first showcased in 2022.
This upcoming model is expected to feature a sleek, modern coupe design, blending dynamic performance with impressive interior space and versatility. It will become the company’s third fully electric offering, joining the bZ4X and the recently launched Urban Cruiser.
Toyota has previously shared its ambition to expand its all-electric lineup to six models by the end of 2026.
A teaser image of the new vehicle, set to be unveiled next month, suggests a design reminiscent of the 2022 Los Angeles Auto Show concept, incorporating styling cues similar to the C-HR but with a more futuristic aesthetic.
Rooted in Toyota’s Japanese design philosophy, this latest electric model aims to deliver a strong emotional connection with consumers while embracing innovation.
