Despite his contributions to the Eagles’ defense over the years, injuries and roster adjustments led to his release. However, Philadelphia brought him back on a one-year deal for the 2024 season. During that campaign, Maddox played in all 17 games, registering 20 tackles and five pass defenses. While his numbers may not have been overwhelming, his experience and ability to play both in the slot and on the outside made him a valuable asset for the Eagles.
