Detroit Lions’ David Montgomery Hosts Youth Football Camp in Lansing
LANSING, Mich. (WILX) – On his day off from organized team activities (OTAs), Detroit Lions running back David Montgomery chose to spend his Sunday morning giving back to the community. Montgomery held a youth football camp at Lansing Sexton High School, welcoming local kids who love football and support the Lions.
Speaking with News 10, Montgomery shared why community involvement is so meaningful to him and explained his decision to bring the event to Lansing. His goal was to inspire and connect with young fans, using his platform as a professional athlete to make a positive impact.
