This is music to the ears of Badgers supporters, who saw Nick Boyd graduate and John Blackwell depart through the transfer portal in the same offseason. As the second player to declare his comeback to the program, Rapp is joining Nolan Winter.
The sophomore forward became one of Wisconsin’s most crucial players as the season drew to a close. He was a reliable defender and caught fire from three-point territory.
