At the Dallas Cowboys training camp in Oxnard, a fire started.

The team’s location was reported to be on fire, and the Oxnard police and fire departments responded.

Patrik Walker, a staff writer for the Cowboys, stated that the team’s Tuesday walkthroughs, which took place a few hundred yards from the fire, went without any problems.

Nobody was injured and nobody was in the room that caught fire.

The following statement was released by the Cowboys:

At the team’s hotel in Oxnard, California, a guest room experienced a fire emergency this afternoon.

There were no injuries, and the issue was restricted to a single, vacant room. The Oxnard Police and Fire Departments are appreciated by the Dallas Cowboys for their prompt action and response to the situation.”

Videos of the incident were posted by Mike Doocy, a sports anchor for FOX 11’s sister station KDFW-TV (FOX 4 Dallas).
