After suffering back-to-back losses at AT&T Stadium, the Dallas Cowboys were under a lot of pressure to perform in Week 4, and they did just that, defeating the New York Giants 20–15 at MetLife Stadium. If the Cowboys failed to defeat the humble Giants in what seemed like a “gotta have it” game this early in the season, many stories would have been spun around them.
