The owner of the Dallas Cowboys, Jerry Jones, is getting frustrated with the team’s lackluster 3-3 start. The outspoken Jones had had enough on Tuesday, and in a heated interview with Dallas’ 105.3 The Fan, he responded to radio presenters.

The hosts questioned the general manager and owner of the Cowboys about what went wrong in Sunday’s 47-9 loss to the Detroit Lions.

Jones remarked, “I do not have time to look back on decisions.” “You have to be smoking something over there, throwing out all the good with the dishwater.” You are not supposed to do this. I will ask these questions of someone else.In spite of his assertions, Jones does not employ the hosts of 105.3 The Fan, the flagship radio station for the Dallas Cowboys Radio Network. The 82-year-old billionaire was given the opportunity to retract his remarks on Tuesday afternoon, but he doubled down. “If I am going to be grilled by the tribunal, I do not need it to be by the guys I am paying,” Jones said in reference to his regular radio appearances. “I can take it from fans and take it from other people.” Radio host Shan Shariff took to social media to dispel any misunderstandings.

Jones does not work for the hosts of 105.3 The Fan, despite what he says. However, the radio station serves as the Dallas Cowboys Radio Network’s flagship.

On Tuesday afternoon, The Athletic reporters offered the 82-year-old billionaire an opportunity to retract his remarks. He went all in.

Regarding his frequent radio appearances, Jones remarked, “If I am going to be grilled by the tribunal, I do not need it to be by the guys I am paying.” “I can steal it from other people as well as from my fans.”

“Is this a true story? Jerry Jones should have compensated me, Shariff wrote on X. “He criticizes us once more, and in our fourteen years together, we have argued about far greater issues. I genuinely have no idea what the hell is going on.

Following their bye week, the Cowboys travel to San Francisco to play the 49ers on Sunday, October 27.
