Stephen A. Smith is quite skeptical about the Dallas Cowboys’ chances of winning the Super Bowl this season.

He has voiced concerns on multiple platforms, including “First Take,” where he questioned the team’s ability to even make the playoffs. Smith pointed out that while the Cowboys have had regular-season success, winning 12 games in each of the last three seasons, they have consistently faltered in the playoffs, often exiting early in the Divisional or Wild Card rounds.

Smith also expressed doubts about the Cowboys’ ability to win the NFC East, predicting that the Philadelphia Eagles are more likely to take the division title. This scenario would leave the Cowboys fighting for a wild card spot, competing against strong teams from other divisions like the Lions, Packers, Falcons, 49ers, and Rams.

He also highlighted the Cowboys’ tough schedule, where seven of their first ten games are against teams that made the playoffs last year, which could make it challenging for them to reach 11 wins .

Furthermore, Stephen A. Smith criticized the Cowboys for their lack of significant roster improvements during the offseason and mentioned concerns over Dak Prescott’s future and the team’s offensive line changes, which could further hinder their chances .
