“I had a really stressful time in the lehague as a rookie,” Montgomery said on the football fantasy game show Fantasy Dirt. “I used to have suicide thoughts, but it was just a depression at the time. It was only a downturn.”
Although his performances aid those who own fantasy football teams and contribute to impressive personal figures, it took some time for things to become as they are today recognized, and he reflects on the difficult times in his life.
“I was in a situation to where I was this close to doing something that I knew I shouldn’t have done, that would have changed the trajectory of my life or changed the trajectory of everybody else around me in my life,” he explained. “For me, it was just a terrifying and depressing year.
Regretfully, I was receiving assistance in feeling that way from the folks in my fantasy world. And I had reached a point where I was afraid to survive.”
Even while it was a terrible period for him and is still difficult to discuss, he appears to be doing well, which is mostly due to his work ethic. He still recalls what went wrong and vows never to try it again.
