The Detroit Lions and Indianapolis Colts have released their final injury reports for Week 12 ahead of their matchup on Sunday at Lucas Oil Stadium. The report reveals that both teams are dealing with injuries, with two players ruled out and three listed as questionable.
For the Lions, cornerback Ennis Rakestraw Jr. has been ruled out. The rookie was added to the injury report on Friday after not participating in practice, suggesting that the injury may have occurred during practice, though this has not been confirmed.
In addition to Rakestraw, two other cornerbacks for the Lions are questionable for the game. Terrion Arnold was added to the injury report mid-week, but he managed to practice fully on Friday after being limited on Thursday, which improves his chances of playing on Sunday.
Emmanuel Moseley, who has been recovering from a pectoral injury, is also listed as questionable. Moseley has yet to make his season debut after being placed on injured reserve before the start of the season. To play, Moseley needs to be activated from injured reserve, and he would need to be cleared on Saturday to suit up for the game.
The Lions will also see the return of second-year tight end Sam LaPorta, who was sidelined last week due to a sprained AC joint. His return will strengthen the Lions’ offense after missing a game.
On the Colts’ side, left tackle Bernhard Raimann has been ruled out for the game. He did not practice all week, indicating he will not be available for the matchup. Defensive end Tyquan Lewis is the only player on the Colts’ injury report who is listed as questionable, but his participation in three full practices this week suggests he is likely to play.
