Facing the Packers and solidifying their NFC North lead just got significantly harder.
The Detroit Lions will be without defensive linemen Josh Paschal (knee), Levi Onwuzurike (hamstring), DJ Reader (shoulder), and offensive tackle Taylor Decker (knee) for Thursday’s game against Green Bay. All four players missed practice this week, making their absence expected but no less challenging for Detroit.
Decker has already missed two games this season, with veteran Dan Skipper filling in during his absence. On the defensive line, the Lions are set to rely on healthy contributors such as Brodric Martin, Za’Darius Smith, Alim McNeill, Al-Quadin Muhammad, and Pat O’Connor.
Additionally, Detroit is likely to debut Myles Adams and Jonah Williams, who joined the active roster from the Seahawks and Rams practice squads, respectively. Adams has played in three games this year, while Williams has appeared in six.
