The Jets later exercised Adams’ fifth-year option, but his tenure in New York ended when he was traded to the Seattle Seahawks. The trade package sent to the Jets included two first-round picks. Shortly after the trade, Seattle secured Adams’ future by signing him to a four-year, $70 million extension in August 2021, ensuring his role as a key contributor to their defense.
In 2024, Adams has played in three games for the Tennessee Titans. Though he has faced challenges in terms of playing time, he has managed to record four tackles in the games he has participated in.
