Our records show that you are the license holder of the seats associated with the incident. This seat is issued under a revocable license by The Detroit Lions, Inc. and Ford Field. A ticket to a Lions game is a temporary permission to attend, which can be rescinded. As a Lions Loyal Member, you are expected to ensure that you and any guests accompanying you comply with the Guest Code of Conduct. The Lions, Ford Field, and the NFL have a zero-tolerance policy for disruptive or unlawful behavior.
As of now, your season tickets have been revoked, and your eligibility for the Lions Loyal Member program has been suspended indefinitely. To settle your account, a refund (excluding fees) for the remaining tickets will be processed and returned to the original method of payment.”
