Scott Wells, a rookie bull rider, profits in Castle Rock from Douglas County victory After approaching the Douglas County Fair and Rodeo,

Scott Wells emerged victorious. Scott Wells is the top bull rider in the Texas Circuit and the fifth rookie in the Resistol Rookie Race.

Even though he’s still just outside of the Top 40 in the PRCA World Standings, a victory at the Douglas County Fair and Rodeo increased his earnings.

Wells defeated Jace Trosclair by a mere half point, riding for 87.5 points on Summit Pro Rodeo’s Cadilac Kind. He was pretty pleasant, and I didn’t really think too much about it.

It was successful, Wells said. Through Greg Rhodes and Western Texas College, Wells gained access to American, where he focused extensively on the mental aspect of the game. This has paid off, as he has made significant gains in his rookie campaign.
