Alexis Ohanian, husband of Serena Williams, recently reacted to Washington Commanders quarterback Jayden Daniels’ sly remark aimed at Detroit Lions cornerback Terrion Arnold. The exchange followed the Commanders’ impressive 45-31 victory over the Lions in the 2024 NFL Playoffs’ divisional round. Daniels had an outstanding game, passing for 299 yards and two touchdowns, along with 51 rushing yards on 16 carries.
During an appearance on the “Kicking It with Dee” podcast, host Donald De La Haye (also known as Deestroying) shared that Daniels made a playful dig at Arnold during their post-game jersey exchange. “I’m cool with Terrion Arnold, the DB for the Lions. He told me he swapped jerseys with Jayden Daniels after the game. Jayden wrote ‘Cancun on 3—1, 2, 3’ at the bottom of the jersey before swapping it,” De La Haye explained.
