Season two of SPRINT, a Netflix sports documentary featuring the world’s fastest athletes, will premiere on November 13th, four months after the first season debuted.
The second installment of SPRINT follows a greater number of the world’s top sprinters as they travel through the 2024 season, with a focus on the recent Paris 2024 Olympic Games. Olympic 200-meter gold medallists Gabby Thomas and Letsile Tebogo are included, along with Olympic 100-meter winners Noah Lyles and Julien Alfred.
The second season will include Marcell Jacobs, Fred Kerley, Shericka Jacksons, Kishane Thompson, Melissa Jefferson, Twanisha Terry, Kenny Bednarek, and Oblique Seville, all of whom were prominent in the first season.
Created by the team behind Drive to Survive, the latest edition of the docuseries shows what it takes to dig deep, pull out your personal best on a global stage, and then get back into training to continue dominating on the track.
Season 2 of SPRINT is executive produced by Paul Martin, James Gay-Rees, and Warren Smith at Box to Box Films.
In its first week of being released, the first season of SPRINT ranked sixth on the list of the most-watched shows on Netflix worldwide.
