Over the past month, supporters have shown their support for the Detroit Tigers.
Jameson Williams of the Detroit Lions was one of the over 30,000 spectators at Comerica Park on Wednesday night.
The former first-round draft pick has frequently supported the Pistons, Red Wings, and Tigers, among other local teams, by going to games.
A young team of Tigers has played winning baseball since the middle of August, bringing them one step closer to a postseason berth after struggling to win games for a large chunk of the 2024 season.
Comerica Park has the potential to be an extremely electrifying place. 2014 was the last time Detroit participated in the MLB playoffs.
“If we can bring a postseason game here, this place can be electrifying,” A.J. Hinch remarked following the Rays’ setback. “We are aware of Comerica’s existence and potential.”
The Twins have plummeted in the standings as their problems have become worse, and Detroit has won eight of their last nine baseball games.
Minnesota was in a funk for the past month despite holding a solid grasp on a Wild Card playoff spot.”I know we have to earn it,” Hinch stated. “We are continuing to chip away at that, but this place can be electrifying if we can bring a postseason game here.”
