Liverpool’s midfield dilemma has been addressed by recommendations to make an offer for Moises Caicedo of Brighton.

Chelsea, who had been in the driver’s seat in the race to land the 20-year-old, have now submitted a £48 million offer to Southampton for Romeo LaviaI’m, infringing on Liverpool’s turf in the process.

On Sunday, the Reds will play at Stamford Bridge in the opening match of the Premier League campaign. Given the extra transfer twist to the game, it should be a hotly contested contest.

Liverpool bidding for Caicedo would excite fans, even though it is quite unlikely given the way FSG approaches the transfer market, even though they have yet to enter the race.

Gary Neville requests that Liverpool make a £100 million offer for Caiced.
The former Manchester United right back’s remarks on Sky Sports’ The Overlap resonated with Liverpool supporters.

Neville rarely has Liverpool supporters on his side, but anger over the disparity between Liverpool and their opponents in the transfer market is growing.

“They should just go and get Caicedo now for him and say, ‘right, there you go, that’s dealt with, it’s sorted, it’s £100m,'” Neville added.

However, they’re not. Without a doubt a good player, they’re trying to steal Lavia from Southampton for 40 million pounds, but Jurgen Klopp needs the genuine deal.

The team isn’t even being urged by supporters to spend a ton of money on each acquisition. Instead, they are criticizing the club’s apparent lack of urgency in its transfer activity.

He would have missed the entirety of preseason, which is crucial for players to adjust to Jurgen Klopp’s methods, even if Liverpool beat Chelsea to Lavia now.

The worst thing about the club’s wasteful transfer-market strategy is that players like Klopp, Alisson, van Dijk, and Salah are losing out on crucial career years as a result.
