According to German writer Christian Falk, Liverpool has set a £20 million maximum price for midfielder Ryan Gravenberch of Bayern Munich this summer.

Jurgen Klopp is confidence in Gravenberch’s skills despite the Reds having yet to make an official approach to the German champions. We can infer from this that the boss intends to sign the Dutchman before the window’s deadline.

Gravenberch is a versatile player who can operate as a 10 behind the striker, an eight in a three-man midfield, and in a double pivot midfield. He is technically sound, doesn’t have any problems in aerial duels given his height, and can have an impact on the game from either box.

Before joining Bayern last summer, the 21-year-old was a superb young player at Ajax. He struggled last season in Munich, when he was only able to play 937 minutes of football in all competitions.If Gravenberch returns to Anfield before August 31, Liverpool may strike a brilliant deal given the price tag and ceiling he carries.
