Trent Alexander-Arnold will undergo scans to determine the extent of the injury he suffered in Sunday’s 3-0 win over Aston Villa.
The full-back was forced off in the 71st minute at Anfield with an apparent hamstring problem, with Jarell Quansah replacing Liverpool’s captain for the day.
Speaking at his post-match press conference, Jurgen Klopp revealed that Alexander-Arnold was optimistic the problem was not serious, but the number

The manager said: “I don’t know exactly. I asked him, he said it was [his] hamstring. “‘Not too serious’ is his opinion, but of course we’ll have to wait for the scans and then we’ll know more.”
