A Saudi group has reportedly landed in London for negotiations over Mo Salah and is prepared to make a £250 million offer for his services, making the upcoming days extremely difficult for Liverpool Football Club.
The board and Reds manager Jurgen Klopp are rumored to have maintained their strong stance that the Egyptian King is not for sale – at any price.
But once an official offer for the striker is made for an almost record-breaking sum, that stance will be put to the ultimate test.
While Liverpool will whine about not being able to buy a replacement, they will also need to consider whether it’s good business to be turning down such a large sum for a player who is already 31 years old.
