The September international break never fails to disappoint, with the campaign arriving just a few match days away, just as you’re getting back into the swing of club football.

Jurgen Klopp hopes his 16 senior players will return without any health issues as they face a busy schedule when they return.

Liverpool have seven games in three different competitions before another international break interrupts.

The Reds are away in four of their next seven games, which include trips to in-form Tottenham (September 30) and Brighton.

Liverpool’s next 7 matches

8 October
On average, Liverpool play a game every 3.1 days on the return leg, with every midweek and weekend booked until the next break after the trip to Brighton.

We catch up with the action from Thursday to Sunday as the Reds travel to LASK before hosting West Ham at Anfield three days later. The same schedule follows with Union Saint-Gilloise and Brighton.

League Cup games are also on the agenda again this month – Leicester will be away as well as in 2021/22. in which Liverpool lifted the trophy for a record ninth time.

Hopefully this is a positive sign!
So Liverpool and Klopp will be hoping for a busy few weeks ahead, with the likes of Ibrahima Konate and Trent Alexander-Arnold quickly turning to the likes of Ibrahima Konate and Trent Alexander-Arnold after time in the treatment room.
