West Ham United manager David Moyes has dismissed the possibility of signing Romelu Lukaku from Chelsea this summer.
According to Claret and Hugh, Moyes was personally involved in this transfer decision when he turned down the chance to bring in Lukaku, who was on loan to Roma instead.
Chelsea tried to offload Lukaku this summer and the Belgium international was also linked with Juventus, Inter Milan and Saudi Arabia before joining the Olympique.
