Stefan Bajcetic is rumored to be starting for Liverpool this weekend, having not played for the Reds all season.
According to the Liverpool Echo, the teenager is now ready for the Premier League after this international break to play for Spain’s under-21s, with Bajcetic finally fully fit after injury.
The 18-year-old is considered by many to be one of Liverpool’s most exciting young men to break into Jürgen Klopp’s plans last season.

And of course not. 6, Bajcetic could be expected to feature in Liverpool’s next games following the sale of Fabinho and club captain Jordan Henderson this summer. Dubbed a “super talented” player by Klopp, Bajcetic is one of the most promising midfield talents across Europe and early senior team appearances could hint at the role the teenager will play this season.

Indeed, Bajcetic could have played more for Liverpool last season if the youngster had been fit enough. And this update seems to indicate that something big is in store for the Spaniard.

Klopp took a big risk last season by giving Bajcetic his first full start and minutes at Liverpool, but the decision turned out to be a great one nonetheless.

And this season, Bajcetic could take his career to the next level and the midfielder could go far with the Reds. With UEFA Europa League football also on the agenda, Bajcetic has the chance to make a real name for himself this season and the 18-year-old has the potential to become a superstar.
