Juanyeh Thomas, the only safety for the Cowboys, was included on the practice report on Wednesday, following his off week. He was an entirely impaired player.

Coach Mike McCarthy was inspired to remark, prior to practice on Thursday, “We’re going to be healthy this week based on what I just saw.” I think that’s the most important thing. That’s where you should be, in my opinion. The largest outcome of the year was our spotless GPS data. Today, I’m searching for you.”

Regretfully, the Cowboys’ practice report on Thursday included a well-known name. Tyron Smith, the starting left tackle, was sidelined due to a neck ailment.

Following neck surgery in 2020, he missed 14 games. In recent years, he has also missed games due to knee, thigh, and ankle issues.

Due to a knee ailment, Smith has missed two games so far this season.

Since 2015, he has missed 47 of the possible 120 games in a season. For the last two games, Smith, Tyler Smith, Tyler Biadasz, Zack Martin, and Terence Steele have made up the starting offensive line for the Cowboys. Since the 2021 playoffs, they had not fielded their starting lineup until these two games.
