Dee Foley will be doing more than just watching the game this weekend when she attends Hard Rock Stadium in Miami. To celebrate the life of her late brother Walter, she will be present along with her three nephews.
Walter, also known by his nickname “Junior,” passed very suddenly about four years ago while assisting a buddy with roof repair. Forever a Dallas Cowboys fan, Junior never had the opportunity to take his sons to a game.
Sean Foley, Jr.’s son, said, “My Dad told me he always wanted to take me to Dallas.” “But we simply never had the chance to.”
Following Junior’s demise, Dee accompanied her nephews to AT&T Stadium, the Dallas Cowboys’ home field, in Arlington, Texas.
According to Dee, “that first trip to Dallas really let everyone breathe again.”
Thereupon, they made the decision to go to every NFL stadium in Junior’s honor.
Dee remarked, “I know he’s there with us.” “He is somewhere with us.”
The family will attend the Hard Rock stadium in Miami for the eighth time. They intend to undertake two to three each year till the end of their expedition.
