It appears as though the Jacksonville Jaguars are just making it to the finish line.

Trevor Lawrence’s 0–4 record indicates that he has been battling several illnesses over the past month or so.

The club managed by Doug Pedeson needs to stem the bleeding immediately even though they still have a chance to qualify for the postseason because they haven’t capitalized on their advantage in the AFC South.

Lawrence suffered a concussion, a high ankle injury, and is currently battling with a damaged AC joint in his throwing shoulder.

Significantly, Cameron Wolfe notes that Lawrence attended practice today again, albeit sparingly.

In light of this, head coach Pederson informed the media that they would fully support Lawrence or C.J. Beathard, stating that it is a “complicated situation.”

At least on paper, the Jaguars should have no problem defeating the lethargic Carolina Panthers when they play them.

However, they haven’t been very good over the previous month, and it’s difficult to continue to have faith in this team when Lawrence is obviously still not fully recovered.

At this point, maybe they would be better off with Beathard.

They have the rushing game to assist him when necessary, and they simply need him to play error-free football against a mediocre defense

Lawrence would also get an extra week to recover and be ready for the playoffs.
