Deebo Samuel shows his unwavering support for 49ers quarterback Brock Purdy by wearing a vest that Kyle Juszczyk’s wife Kristin made featuring the signal-caller’s jersey before their Week 17 victory over the Washington Commanders.
After Kristin crafted the wide-ranging limited-edition Purdy swag, Samuel, an admirer of her inventions, named the wife of San Francisco fullback “the truth” on the “Up & Adam’s Show” on Tuesday. A remark that filled Kyle with pride.
Samuel continued to highlight Kristin’s support through her designs.
Samuel informed Kay Adams that “[Kristin] wanted to make a vest of me.” You know, even if it had my name on it, I wouldn’t wear it. I therefore had very little say on the type of jacket or what was on it. Look at all the work she does for us and the outfits she wears to the games as you browse through her pages; it’s just incredible.
Samuel was impressed by Kristin’s unexpected creation and her constant 49ers support. He also made it apparent how supportive he and the squad are of Purdy.

Samuel has been defending the Iowa State product in recent keyboard and podcast battles, criticizing Cam Newton and Micah Parsons for their sly and possibly nasty remarks made in response to Purdy’s infrequent troubles.
Following San Francisco’s 33-19 defeat to the Baltimore Ravens on Christmas, Samuel discussed on the “Up & Adams Show” why Purdy in particular, one of his 49ers teammates, is frequently subjected to derogatory remarks.
