In Week 18, the Jacksonville Jaguars revealed that Trevor Lawrence is dealing with yet another injury. This season, Lawrence has suffered with a number of injuries. Lawrence played through the majority of it, but a shoulder ailment kept him out of the New Year’s Eve game against the Carolina Panthers.

Lawrence’s shoulder ailment kept him out of practice all week, but his finger was not listed on the Week 17 injury report. Lawrence was supposed to practice last Thursday, but the quarterback apparently experienced a setback.

What exactly Lawrence had set back was unknown. The reason behind Lawrence’s setback last week remains a mystery. However, we do know that something transpired between Wednesday’s practice and the Jaguars’ Week 17 matchup, when Lawrence hurt his shoulder, to account for the finger injury that was noted on the report.

Being a right-handed player, Lawrence shouldn’t be prevented from playing on Sunday against the Tennessee Titans by his latest ailment. To take first place in the AFC South and guarantee a postseason berth, the Jaguars must defeat the Titans.
