The Pittsburgh Steelers have hired a new member of their staff. According to the team’s website, Donovan Moore Jr.
is now listed as the team’s “football analyst”, becoming the second member along with Tosin Kazeem in this position.
The Steelers have typically always had a small analytics staff, and after former employee Will Britt left for the Dallas Cowboys, the staff was down to just one.
According to his LinkedIn account, Moore now holds the position, coming from the San Antonio Spurs, where he was a data analyst. Before joining San Antonio, he was a football analytics intern at the 33rd team and interned in the NBA as a future analytics star.
