Baalke, general manager of the Jaguars since 2021, spoke to the media during his postseason press release at the Miller Electric Center on Thursday.
He touched on several topics, including a 2023 season that ended with five losses in the final six games – as well as the upcoming offseason. “In the NFL, the easiest thing to do is take an average football team, a struggling football team, and make it competitive,” Baalke said. “The hardest part is turning a competitive football team into a championship team.”
