San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Deebo Samuel was cleared to play in the NFC Championship Game against the Detroit Lions on Sunday after leaving last week’s game with a shoulder injury.
Samuel participated fully in practice Friday and was not injured as San Francisco (13-5) enters the conference title game healthy.
