Think of it as grit vs. glamor on FOX 2 (WJBK).

The Detroit Lions will travel to play the San Francisco 49ers in the NFC Championship on Sunday as part of their historic playoff march. On February 11 in Las Vegas, the winner punches their ticket to Super Bowl LVIII.

The Lions’ home field, Levi Stadium in Santa Clara, California, will host the game at 6:30 p.m. on FOX 2. The Lions are playing in the NFC Championship and taking on one of the most illustrious teams in the league for the first time since the 1991 campaign.

We’re spending the whole morning preparing you for the game, which you can watch on FOX 2 right now. We’ll also have all the necessary postgame coverage, including interviews and analysis, after it’s over.

We wish we could watch the game online, but we are unable to. The fact that you can stream our pre- and post-game content live on FOX LOCAL on your TV and FOX 2 on your phone, regardless of where you are, is the next best thing, though. But FOX 2 offers the greatest coverage of YOUR TEAM.

Lions Gameday Live kicks off our schedule at 10 a.m., and at 11:30 a.m. Inside the Pride: Detroit Lions.

We’re back at 5 p.m. with the Home of the Lions Pregame Show. The 49ers vs. Lions game airs on our channel at six o’clock in the evening.

The Home of the Lions Postgame Show begins at approximately 10 p.m., when the game concludes. Following what is presumably a Detroit Lions victory, FOX 2 will air live commentary with Campbell, Goff, and other players.

Only FOX LOCAL on your linked TV or Roku box, the FOX 2 News app on your phone, and FOX2detroit.com/live are available for streaming.
