During their game against the Golden State Warriors on Saturday night, the Los Angeles Lakers were given a serious fright. The third quarter saw Anthony Davis take a shot to the groin that left him on the ground in excruciating pain and forced him to return to the locker room.

Attendees believed Davis might not return when he was sent back to the locker room, missing a significant chunk of the third quarter. Luckily for the Lakers, Davis did, in fact, make a comeback at 9:05 in the fourth quarter.

The Golden State Warriors are one squad that could relate to the Los Angeles Lakers’ predicament this season. Despite having healthy starting lineups for the entire season, neither side has been able to put together a run of convincing victories. The Warriors are just two games behind the Lakers in the standings, which also shows how closely both teams are separated.

The Golden State Warriors and Los Angeles Lakers will almost certainly play one other in the play-in round, which should make for an exciting matchup. If that does come down to it, perhaps both sides will be healthy and the fans will witness a memorable game

On February 22, the Golden State Warriors and Los Angeles Lakers will play again.
