San Francisco 49ers: George Kittle Toe Injury Update Ahead Of Super Bowl 58 Won’t Please Fans

Tight end George Kittle was included on the San Francisco 49ers’ injury report leading up to Super Bowl 58, which was unfortunate news for the team.

The good news is that Kittle appears to have very minor injuries. However, anybody will be concerned about any injury at this time of year, especially with the big game quickly approaching.

In an interview with media on Monday, Niners head coach Kyle Shanahan disclosed that cornerback Ambry Thomas is recovering from an ankle ailment, and Kittle is dealing with a toe injury. Kittle and Thomas will therefore be day-to-day until they get over their health difficulties.

According to ESPN’s Nick Wagoner, everyone of the 49ers who participated in Sunday’s victory over the Detroit Lions are healthy aside from the two.
