The 2024 NFL Pro Bowl opens tonight and features a pair of Buffalo Bills at Camping World Stadium in Orlando, Florida.
Starting last season, the Pro Bowl adopted a new format, making it a multi-day event that included a skills competition and flag football tournament featuring some of the NFL’s most elite players.
Watch live at 7 p.m. James Cook and wide receiver Stefon Diggs will compete in a classic multi-round dodgeball tournament tonight on ESPN.Each round consists of four teams of five players.
The first game of the night pits the AFC offense against an NFL defense, while the second game pits the NFC offense against an AFC defense. The winner gets three points from the meeting. The 2024 NFL Pro Bowl concludes on Sunday, February 4.
