San Francisco 49ers wideout Brandon Aiyuk is entering the final year of his rookie contract and had an interesting answer for reporters back in February when asked if he planned to remain with the team.
“If that’s the right move, yeah,” he said, adding that the right move would be “being a champion.” 
That opened up speculation and eventually rumors that he could potentially be a trade option for the Niners this offseason if the two sides don’t lock down a long-term extension, though his teammate, Deebo Samuel, believes he’ll return to the team. 
“Yeah, I love that guy,” he said during Wednesday’s Up and Adams show (9:00 mark). “I don’t see him leaving, though. I don’t see him leaving.”
