While on vacation with pals in Los Cabos, Mexico, the NFL star proposed to his longtime girlfriend, model Christen Harper.
The proposal took place on a beautiful beach, as selected by Goff, 27, and the 29-year-old Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model described the trip as “the best weekend of her life” on Instagram.
“6.16.22 can’t wait for forever with you,” Harper wrote in a caption announcing the engagement on Saturday.
Harper posted on social media on Tuesday, saying she’s “still on cloud 9.”
The announcement was also posted on Instagram by the NFL player, who spent four seasons playing for the Los Angeles Rams after being picked by them in 2016.

Friends that came along on the holiday with the newlyweds allowed Harper to share the experience with them. The group’s social media posts indicate that they stayed at the El Dorado Beach Club in Los Cabos.
Model Elizabeth Turner, a friend of Harper’s, posted a collection of photos from the trip to Instagram with the caption, “BEST weekend ever celebrating the love of my favorite people,”
On Turner’s post, Harper wrote, “OMG, these are the cutest pictures I’ve ever seen in my life.”
Since the New York Post revealed in early 2019 that Harper went to Super Bowl 53 in support of Goff, who was playing for the Rams, the recently engaged couple has been linked.
In September, Goff will begin his second season with the Lions.
