The 19-year-old had his birthday celebration on Friday following his July cardiac arrest.

LeBron James uses Instagram FridayMore to commemorate his son Bronny’s 19th birthday.

On Friday, the NBA star, 38, celebrated his oldest child’s 19th birthday by calling his son Bronny the “greatest of all time” in a heartfelt tribute post on Instagram.

Lebron captioned his celebratory tweet, “On and off the court you’re the 🐐@bronny!!” and included a goat emoji to allude to his son’s status as the greatest of all time.

“Happy Birthday, my kid! I adore you, child. Continue rising! LeBron continued.

The sportsman posted many photos of himself and Bronny with the message, one of which showed the father and son laughing while posing for a picture. In a follow-up picture, Bronny gave the camera a thumbs-up while the two continued to smile for the camera.

LeBron also shared a number of old pictures of his son playing basketball on his Instagram Story, which he shared to commemorate his birthday every year. The pictures were taken when the boy was younger.

The NBA player paid homage to his oldest son, Bronny, who passed away in July while working out at the University of Southern California.

Bronny’s diagnosis of “an anatomically and functionally significant congenital heart defect” was revealed by the James family in August, along with the words “can and will be treated.”

Lebron informed The Athletic’s Evan Buha earlier this week that Bronny, who just started his first semester at USC, is “doing extremely well.” He also provided an update on the 19-year-old’s recovery and post-surgery plans.

Lebron stated that Bronny had “begun his rehab to get back on the floor this season” following a “successful surgery,” per Buha’s report.

LeBron wrapped up his update on Bronny by saying, “We’re happy to see where he is and what his future still has in store for him.”

The former Lakers star and his wife, Savannah James, 37, have an 8-year-old child named Zhuri Nova and a 16-year-old boy named Bryce Maximus.

On Friday, Savannah also sent a birthday message for their oldest child.

“My best 19th birthday ever!” the mother of three exclaimed on Instagram. “May the happiness gleaned from this picture fill your heart on this particular day. Even though it has been a few months, your courage, resiliency, and willpower have kept us all focused on the good.

Savannah concluded her post with, “I love you so much and I pray for you health, happiness, and prosperity this year and all years ahead of you!”

When discussing Bronny’s recuperation, USC basketball coach Andy Enfield stated last month that the adolescent “is doing very well,” but he also stated that he “can’t comment on anything medically.”

Enfield said, according to an ESPN, “He’s going to class and doing extremely well in school, and we’re really excited for him.” Enfield also revealed that the athlete did not play in the team’s season-opening game.
