The Baltimore Ravens running back room will be undergoing change this offseason as free agent Gus Edwards will sign with the Los Angeles Chargers as the NFL’s legal tampering period begins.

Jones (29), could be quite the useful addition to Todd Monken’s backfield as he would join Keaton Mitchell and Justice Hill in forming a nice trio behind Lamar Jackson.

What might also appeal to the Ravens is Jones’ ability as a pass-catcher. In 2021 & 2022, he totaled a combined 786 yards and 11 touchdowns from 11 receptions.

That kind of production would be welcome in Baltimore and given that he likely won’t be looking to fetch top-of-the-market money, the Ravens could do a shrewd piece of business here.

Jones is available, so don’t expect him to last long on the open market. Your move, Baltimore
